About

I'm Kevin Lin, also known as Pigeon — an 18-year-old developer and AI researcher based in Shanghai. I think about AI companionship, emotional architectures, consciousness as a design constraint, and why the loneliness epidemic is a problem that builders — not just therapists — need to take seriously.

I've built systems that scaled to hundreds of thousands of users, AI forecasting engines, quantitative trading bots, and cognitive architectures for emotional AI. I value epistemic honesty over comfort.
